REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY (UK)

This Refund & Cancellation Policy applies to all purchases of the Happiness Training online membership and digital training content. By purchasing a membership, you agree to the terms outlined below.

14-Day Cooling-Off Period (UK Consumer Law)
Under UK consumer law, customers purchasing digital services online normally have the right to cancel within 14 days of purchase.

However, when purchasing the Happiness Training membership:

• If you request immediate access to digital content at the time of purchase, you acknowledge that the service begins immediately.
• By accessing the training materials, videos, or member content during the 14-day cooling-off period, you agree that your right to cancel and receive a full refund may be waived once the content has been accessed.

If you purchase the membership but DO NOT access any of the materials, you may request a full refund within 14 days.

Monthly Membership Cancellation
Members on a monthly subscription may cancel their membership at any time.

• Cancellation will stop future billing.
• Access to membership content will remain available until the end of the current billing period.
• Monthly payments already processed are non-refundable.

Exceptional Refunds
Refunds may be considered in the following circumstances:

• Duplicate payment
• Technical issues preventing access that cannot be resolved
• Billing errors

Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of the issue being identified.

Anna Cheer do not accept returns, exchanges or cancellations of course purchases unless stated otherwise. For some courses we offer 14-days money back guarantee, no questions ask. Please look at Terms of Use agreed to when purchasing the item.

Refunds - Courses/Programs/Services

Once we receive your cancellation request within 14 days after you purchased the course, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.

Returns - Physical Items

You have 30  calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging. Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds - Physical Items

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.

 

Shipping - Physical Items

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non­refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
