I am a creative&passionate soul and a happiness trainer for ambitious female (not exclusively) professionals & entrepreneurs who lead, care, and give deeply, and want to GROW & GLOW by aligning their ambition with lasting inner fulfillment.
I was always passionate about self-growth and happiness. I have become a certified happiness trainer/facilitator in 2022. I created 'Like a Diamond' happiness framework based on my knowledge, experience and empirical research. I was developing and improving it for following 3 years.
In 2023, we got stuck in a traffic for a while and one of girls in the car asked a question: 'What would be your superpower?' Answers included an invisibility cloak or travelling in time. I said: 'I would like to make people happier.' Later that evening, when we finally reached our destination, girls got hungry so we stopped at McDonald's. I wasn't that hungry but they told me about FOMO (Fear of Missing Out) and we laughed... so I bought a little 'Happy Meal'. I almost couldn't believe my eyes when inside of the box was a little Paddington bear holding a note 'Share Happiness with others'. I got goosebumps. Girls were speechless too.
What a serendipity!
So I knew I am on the right path but I wasn't ready. I had to learn something important. I worked on myself to become an empowered empath - the person who teach how to fish rather than giving fish for free. And my superpower wish changed from 'to make people happier' with 'teach people how to be happier' ☺️
At the end of 2025, I felt ready to share my happiness framework and training with the world.
Because happiness isn’t luck or luxury — it’s a skill that can be learnt or improved on.

❓ How do I know whether
I need a HAPPINESS TRAINING? ❓
▶️ I created a happiness self-assessment which can indicate whether you could benefit from my happiness training.
So if the average of numbers is less than 7 then my happiness training might be great for you and could help you to increase these numbers and improve you happiness.
If it is over 8, then you might not need it as you are on a good path and we do not need to be perfect and have only 10s. Having 8 or 9 is good enough!!
