1. What is your happiness training all about?

Anna: My happiness training is a structured and holistic approach to improving the inner well-being of women (not exclusively), mostly through practical tasks and techniques that include achieving greater inner contentment, managing stress, cultivating gratitude, increasing emotional intelligence, and improving overall mental health. The goal is to provide tools that help establish lasting habits contributing to a happier and more fulfilling life. That’s why we focus on one habit at a time, so we can develop it well and it all starts with the core habit in the course mentioned above. I open the course only 2-3 times a year to allow participants build habits systematically.

 

2. What are the benefits of your happiness training? Why should someone do it?

Anna: I truly believe that by creating happy habits, we will achieve greater inner satisfaction, reduced stress, improved mood, better relationships, greater resilience to life circumstances/situations/challenges, and a stronger sense of life fulfilment.

We will learn how to manage our emotions and reframe negative thoughts, how to practice gratitude, and all of this usually leads to better mental health and physical well-being. People who complete the entire happiness training often say that they feel more satisfied and happy with their lives.

 

3. Is happiness something that can be learned, or is it something we are born with?

Anna: As I mentioned, happiness is largely a skill that can be learned and developed over time. While genetic factors do play a role, research in positive psychology shows that approximately 40% of our happiness is under our control. The practices we go through can change our mindset and improve our overall well-being. So, while some people may seem or feel happier because they have a genetic predisposition for it, everyone can improve their happiness through intentional training and practice and become the happiest version of themselves.

 

4. Is there a difference between short-term happiness and long-term fulfilment?

Anna: Yes, I will answer this in one of the upcoming weeks, but in this course, we will focus on long-term happiness/fulfilment.

 

5. How does your course and happiness training differ from self-help books or motivational lectures?

Anna: Self-help books and motivational lectures can provide valuable information, insights, and inspiration, but they still tend to offer more "Aha" moments. My happiness training is structured, interactive, and practical. This course will give you a small sample of how to apply these practices in real life so you can see the difference and how much can change in just 4 weeks.
